One-on-one sessions via Zoom for those who are uncomfortable with groups or cannot commit to an 8-week course and prefer a more personalized approach. These sessions allow for flexibility and can be specifically designed around your needs. We have also adapted these online 1:1 sessions for teens and kids. Stress Reduction Sessions

  • Inspired by the 8-week MBSR Program
  • Sessions include meditations, reflecting, and exploring your experience with your at-home practice
  • Must be 8 total sessions
  • 80 minutes each

Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions

  • Learn what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you
  • Each session includes the introduction of new topics and practices
  • Must be 4 total sessions
  • 50 or 80 minutes each

Custom Mindfulness and Compassion Sessions

  • For those looking for something different than our structured one-on-one sessions
