The goal of the study is multi-faceted: develop and test a diet intervention based on anti-inflammatory, wholesome foods using continuous feedback from early psychosis patients and their families; evaluate the feasibility, satisfaction, and adherence of a 5-week diet intervention in 12 patients with early psychosis and explore whether a 5-week adherence to an anti-inflammatory wholesome foods diet effects weight, metabolic parameters, biomarkers, symptoms of psychosis, and overall well-being.
