Clinical Philosophy

I’m a believer in the power of intention. I have a passion for anatomy and am specific with my approach to bodywork. I feel strongly about empowering my patients, through education, with confidence in facilitating their own body’s needs. I truly have the best job ever!

What to Expect

Hydration is very important. Please drink some extra water before and after our appointments.

Please be prepared to share your goals for Massage Therapy.

For Massage Therapy appointments, clothing removal is recommended but not mandatory. Modesty is always respected with proper draping. You’ll stay covered under a sheet and blanket. However, patient’s comfort level is most important.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage requires the removal of clothing. Modesty is always respected with proper draping. You’ll stay covered under a sheet and blanket.
