Light-Induced Guided Healing Therapy (LIGHT) is an evidence-based mind-body protocol that blends guided imagery and hypnotherapy into a structured, personalized approach. Designed to engage creative imagination, LIGHT supports emotional resilience, self-reflection, and lasting behavioral change.

LIGHT is offered through individual and group-based experiences — including seasonal Booster Sessions, group programs, and private one-on-one sessions. Many participants continue using LIGHT as a self-guided practice long after completing a program.
Recent peer-reviewed research involving UC San Diego-affiliated researchers found that medical professionals participating in guided imagery hypnosis showed improvements in aspects of emotional resilience, including increased self-compassion and reduced emotional exhaustion.1

A seasonal 4-week guided group experience to reconnect with the LIGHT framework through live Zoom sessions, peer sharing, and community-supported practice.

An 8-week or weekend-intensive exploration of the LIGHT Self-Efficacy Educational curriculum — theory, visualization, self-hypnosis, and habit formation. Not currently enrolling.

Personalized one-on-one sessions with a certified LIGHT practitioner, offered as a 5-session package tailored to your intentions and goals.
